Celebrate the celestial marvel of a total solar eclipse with Nervous System’s Eclipse Puzzle. One side of the puzzle features the sun and the other the moon. By flipping over the pieces you can turn day to night, as the moon gradually eclipses the sun. The Eclipse puzzle has 248 double-sided wood pieces with 5 special space themed whimsies. It can be assembled in multiple ways: the sun, the moon, a total eclipse showing the moon with the sun’s corona, and three stages of the moon blocking out the sun.

Since 2011, we've been crafting plywood puzzles that combine the artistry of classic jigsaws with the possibilities of new technology. We use custom software inspired by natural patterns to grow the intertwining shapes of the puzzle pieces. The organic forms are cut from plywood by a laser, resulting in a uniquely challenging puzzle crafted from premium materials. Each puzzle is made by us at our studio in the Catskill Mountains.

Where are your products made?

Our puzzles and games are handcrafted with care. Most are made in the USA by the Janelle family; some are crafted by friends in Canada, Japan and Mexico and some right here in Albuquerque. Be sure to ask for recommendations.

Founded by Dan Janelle and Melanie Kintigh in Old Town Albuquerque, our store is a celebration of creativity, curiosity, and community. Drawing from a rich history of craftsmanship and a love for brain teasers, we offer an eclectic mix of handcrafted puzzles and games designed to challenge and delight minds of all ages. At Puzzled®, every piece tells a story, and every visit is an adventure waiting to unfold.

What is your shipping and returns policy?

We offer free shipping on US orders over $200, typically dispatching within 2 business days, often sooner. For items not immediately available, we'll reach out to discuss your options. Our shipments within the U.S. are primarily through USPS Priority Mail, with UPS for larger packages, aiming for a 2-4 day delivery.

For international shipping inquiries, please contact us directly. We strive for transparency in shipping costs, keeping them close to actual with a minimal handling fee.

Your satisfaction is paramount. If you’re not happy with your purchase, items in their original condition can be returned within 14 days for a refund or exchange. Contact us for return authorization and instructions.
