Founded in 2009 in the spirit of micro-manufacturing innovation, Artifact has crafted puzzles in Port Townsend, Washington, and Fremont, California. Each puzzle boasts a design inspired by the image it portrays, enhancing both the aesthetics and the challenge. Artifact offers two distinct lines: a standard line with glossy, vibrant prints, and the Ecru line featuring matte prints for reduced glare and a more seamless image presentation. Their diverse art collection ranges from historical to contemporary, providing tactile connections to various cultures and eras. Committed to sustainability, Artifact Puzzles uses eco-friendly plywood and soy-based inks, ensuring that each puzzle is not only a joy to solve but also kind to the planet.

Puzzled® was born from a passion for play and the joy of bringing people together through the art of puzzling. Founded by Dan Janelle and Melanie Kintigh in Old Town Albuquerque, our store is a celebration of creativity, curiosity, and community. Drawing from a rich history of craftsmanship and a love for brain teasers, we offer an eclectic mix of handcrafted puzzles and games designed to challenge and delight minds of all ages. At Puzzled®, every piece tells a story, and every visit is an adventure waiting to unfold.

What is your shipping and returns policy?

We offer free shipping on US orders over $200, typically dispatching within 2 business days, often sooner. For items not immediately available, we'll reach out to discuss your options. Our shipments within the U.S. are primarily through USPS Priority Mail, with UPS for larger packages, aiming for a 2-4 day delivery.

For international shipping inquiries, please contact us directly. We strive for transparency in shipping costs, keeping them close to actual with a minimal handling fee.
